Birth certificate (certified copy)
Passport photos (4 copies)
Previous school report (if applicable)
Medical report from certified health facility
Vaccination certificate
Parent/Guardian identification documents

- • Top Class: 4-5 years
- • Primary 1: 6+ years
- • Primary 2-7: Age appropriate with assessment
